Thank you for stopping by my site. I try and make things here easy to follow and understand but what is easy to understand for me is not always understood by others & vice verse.
So here is my growing list of questions I receive from visitors and Customers.

I will NOT be offering PLR – Private Label Rights – to these videos for several months, if at all.
Looks like ‘popular demand’ got the best of me. I caved in after only a couple of weeks and now (as of 04-07-11) offer the Platinum Level for the PLR – Private Label Rights.
1. For the PLR packages, what formats are the videos in?
All the PLR packages come with at least a Flash (SWF) format & a Source (AVI and / or Camproj) format. However, some will also come with M4V (iPod), MP4, FLV, MOV & WMV
2. What software do you need to edit and brand the PLR videos?
I use Camtasia Studio but there are several possible programs you can use. A few are free but the more robust programs will cost you some money. Try a Google search for video editing software. I sell a PLR video series detailing how to edit videos as well as eBooks. It is called Your PLR Makeover
3. Do I host the videos or do my Customers get the videos from your server?
The videos are hosted on your server.
Once you make your purchase, download your products. Once you have edited and / or branded your videos, you then upload to your server and provide the links to your Customers to download and / or stream, whatever your choice of delivery is.
4. What format should I provide to my Customers, AVI, WMV, Flash or what?
You are only allowed to provide the Flash formats to your Customers. Whether it is MP4, SWF, FLV or any other Flash format you choose. You Cannot Pass Any Source Files – Video Or Otherwise – To Your Customers. This is a violation of the license terms.
5. Do I need a Flash application to watch?
Flash 8 or newer is required to view the flash videos. You can download it for free here: DOWNLOAD FLASH HERE
6. When I try to edit the AVI file, I cannot see the video but I can hear it?
This is because you are missing a codec. Either the tscc codec from Techsmith or the ffdshow-tryout codec.

7. What are the suggested minimum system requirements to watch the videos?
For the best experience, we recommend at minimum:
PC: Win98/P4 1.5Ghz CPU/128MB ram/32MB Video card
MAC: Apple Mac G4 running OSX 10.2.8, 1.5Ghz CPU, 256MB Ram
8. Can I resell or give away the products I download from this or related sites?
Every product you download comes with certain rights that are spelled out in the product license. A few products are for your own use only, but most products have Resale Rights, Master Resale Rights or Private Label Rights. Each product comes with the Authors rights to their product. Most of the time these licenses can found in the description page.
If you are looking for products to giveaway for list building or whatever, you may want to look into giveaway events online that you can acquire free internet marketing as well as other niche market items, that will allow you to provide to your clients as a free inducement or gift.

9. What exactly do I get when I purchase a product from this or one of your related sites?
Each product has its own description page that spells out in detail what is included with your purchase. Please check the description page and if you cannot find your answer there then please email me via the Contact Us form in the top navigation bar.
10. If I join the User Rights level to inspect the videos, can I later ‘upgrade’ to the Resell Rights level ?
Yes of course you can. At the time of this writing, the automated upgrade system is not yet in place so use the Contact Us form to let me know which level you are wanting to upgrade to and I’ll take care of it for you.
11. There is no mention of a guarantee in a lot of these offers, if I’m unhappy or just want a refund for my purchase can I get one?
Yes you can. Even if the product itself does not come with a money-back guarantee, I will personally honor all refund requests within 30 days of purchase, without any questions asked. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
12. Do you provide transcripts to the PLR videos ?
No. The transcripts are not provided. Feel free to use the Contact Us form if you have questions about a specific products contents.
13.Are the PLR videos Power Point slides or ‘Look-Over-My-Shoulder’ style screen capture videos?
Most all are Screen capture videos where I show you exactly what I’m doing as I tell you, but there are a few Power Point slides. A lot of the training video products have a sample video that you can check out and most of the time that sample will be the same type (Power-Point / Screen-Capture) as the entire video package.
14. Do you provide the PSD files along with the action scripts to make those cool eCovers and Vista box style images?
In the PLR marketing packages, you receive the PSD files but I cannot provide you with the action scripts because I do not have the rights to pass those on. If you are interested in buying them, I’d be happy to give you the URL to the seller, just ask.
While it is best to have all new graphics created for your edited videos you are reselling, if you have the proper image editing software and the skills to use them, you are provided with the PSD source image files so you can craft your own unique images for your edited video product.
15. In the PLR training video packages, can I replace the voice on the videos with my own or someone elses?
Yes. You can separate the audio from the video and then have the audio transcribed. Then record your own audio and add it in place of the original.
16. Is there a faster way for me to download all the items you provide in your download pages?
Yes. I suggest using a download manager of some kind. I use DownThemAll. It is an addon for my Firefox browser but you can do a Google search and come up with a boatload of free options for a download manager to help keep you downloads organized and speed up the entire process when you have lots of links to click on.
17. Do you send out notices when you release the additional videos?
Yes. I use a WP Plugin that allows me to send emails to all or some Members from within the Members area. I send to the email addresses assigned to your account so make sure it is a valid email and one that you monitor. Or you can just check in from time to time because you have a full years access to your Members level.
